Programs that promote diversity in the profession:

College of St. Catherine, Urban Library Program, St. Paul, Minnesota. A paraprofessional 10-month certification program that awards 12 undergraduate credits. Collaboration between St. Kate's and the St. Paul Public Library. [1]
