I created this page to better organize the list of libraries that use IM reference. It is quite a long list and seems to be growing. Crios

- For Southern Illinois State University (Illinois), they use something called Morris Messenger. It sounds like this might be a browser based chat service. Can anybody confirm this? Should it be included in IM ref? Crios
