The Scoop E-Newsletter for Youth Services. The Scoop is a bi-weekly email newsletter containing fun, inspiring, and innovative ideas for library youth services. It is published by Read to Me, a service of the Idaho Commission for Libraries for school and public library staff who are interested in improving services to children and young adults. We consider it a staff training tool and it has helped increased communication among members of the Idaho library community. Although the content is aimed at Idaho school and public librarians, anyone is welcome to subscribe to The Scoop for free or take a look at past issues.
